This morning, when I woke up, I had a headache. So, I lay down for a while longer with my eyes closed. After getting up, I touched my head with my hand and went to wash up. After washing, I took a breath of fresh air into my mouth. While putting on my shoes to go outside, my foot hurt. It seemed I had twisted my ankle. Nonetheless, I went outside and stretched my legs. I started my walk while listening to music in my ears. After walking for a while, my back started to hurt. I sat on a bench to rest and felt the wind on my face. At that moment, a friend approached, waving their arm. We walked together, sharing many stories. We decided to go hiking and began climbing the mountain with backpacks on our shoulders.
